We are offering a modular program for athletes to opt into different 5-week programs.​​

FAQ: How does this differ from the Super Sixes Preseason Sunday Program? Our Programs 1-5 are designed for athletes seeking more focused and specialized training to sharpen their skills and prepare for the 2025 season. These programs are ideal for players aged 12 and above who are ready to elevate their game. In contrast, the Super Sixes Preseason Sunday Program provides a fun and supportive environment for athletes aged 9-16 to train, play, and develop their skills ahead of the Super Six Term 2 season. It’s a fantastic way to build confidence, refine abilities, and get excited for the upcoming season.

​Building on the past 10-Week Program with our experienced coaching team delivering a program that will improve your competence in managing space, elimination skills, defence, and leading and connecting.​

PROGRAM TWO

5 x 1.5 HOUR TRAINING SESSIONS

SUNDAY,

PENNANT HILLS

Specialist coaches will deliver focus sessions, including Ball Speed and Accuracy, 3D Aerial game, 1 on 1 Elimination Skills, Defensive Fundamentals, PC Defence and Offence.

5 x 1.5 HOUR FITNESS SESSIONS

John Quinn will be working with athletes to improve and develop speed and agility, with group fitness sessions included.

PROGRAM FIVE

5 x 2 HOUR TRAINING + FITNESS SESSIONS

SUNDAY,

NARRABEEN

Specialist coaches will lead focused sessions covering key areas such as ball speed and accuracy, 3D aerial skills, 1-on-1 elimination techniques, defensive fundamentals, penalty corner defense and offense. Additionally, the program will include a fitness component aimed at enhancing athletes’ speed, agility, and endurance. 

(Combination of Program 2 and 3 Pennant Hills)
